The members of the nrcc are the associations known as: new england carwash association, inc., connecticut carwash association, inc., car wash operators of new jersey, inc., new york state car wash association, inc., and mid-atlantic carwash association, inc. Each of the members is a business league or trade association as defined by the internal revenue code.”

“Each member association has the right to designate up to three representatives to serve as board members.”

“The form 990 was prepared by the outside accountants and reviewed by the chairman. The 990 was sent by email to all board members, who were able to raise questions or seek clarification from the chairman prior to filing with the irs.”
