To empower girls and women of la moskitia honduras, and to provide a safe, stable living environment for girls to grow and be educated focusing on long term success and sustainable change. To do any or all of the things herein above set forth, and all things usual, necessary or proper in furtherance of or incidental to said purpose.

THROUGH DONATIONS FROM INDIVIDUALS AND ORGANIZATIONS WE WERE ABLE TO REPLACE SEVERAL PIECES OF HOUSEHOLD FURNISHINGS, WHICH ARE INTEGRAL TO CREATING AND SUSTAINING OUR FAMILY ENVIRONMENT. THESE FURNISHINGS HAD DETERIORATED DUE TO USE AND TIME AND WE WERE ABLE TO REPLACE THESE TO MAINTAIN OUR SAFE FAMILY ENVIRONMENT.-$81,133
IN MARCH 2020, COVID SHUT DOWN SCHOOLS IN HONDURAS AND DISTANCE LEARNING WAS IMPLEMENTED. ALTHOUGH DIFFICULT WITH THE NUMBER OF CHILDREN AND LIMITED TECHNOLOGY RESOURCES, EACH CHILD SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED THE YEAR AND MOVED ON TO THE NEXT GRADE. NOVEMBER IS THE START OF A NEW SCHOOL YEAR. AT THAT TIME WE HIRED A TUTOR TO FURTHER HELP WITH THE CONTINUED DISTANCE LEARNING.--
SEVERAL OF OUR CHILDREN ARE MEDICALLY FRAGILE REQUIRING OUR ORGANIZATION TO BE ULTRA-VIGILANT IN MONITORING THE ENVIRONMENT DURING COVID. QUARANTINING, MASKS AND SANITIZER HELPED KEEP ALL OF OUR CHILDREN AND OUR DIRECTOR SAFE AND HEALTHY, WITH NO COVID-RELATED ILLNESSES. THOSE ON MEDICATION WERE ABLE TO CONTINUE UNINTERRUPTED AND REMAINING HAPPY AND THRIVING.--

Through donations from individuals and organizations we were able to replace several pieces of household furnishings, which are integral to creating and sustaining our family environment. These furnishings had deteriorated due to use and time and we were able to replace these to maintain our safe family environment.

In march 2020, covid shut down schools in honduras and distance learning was implemented. Although difficult with the number of children and limited technology resources, each child successfully completed the year and moved on to the next grade. November is the start of a new school year. At that time we hired a tutor to further help with the continued distance learning.

Several of our children are medically fragile requiring our organization to be ultra-vigilant in monitoring the environment during covid. Quarantining, masks and sanitizer helped keep all of our children and our director safe and healthy, with no covid-related illnesses. Those on medication were able to continue uninterrupted and remaining happy and thriving.

ALTHOUGH DIFFICULT WITH THE NUMBER OF CHILDREN AND LIMITED TECHNOLOGY RESOURCES, EACH CHILD SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED THE YEAR AND MOVED ON TO THE NEXT GRADE. NOVEMBER IS THE START OF A NEW SCHOOL YEAR. AT THAT TIME WE HIRED A TUTOR TO FURTHER HELP WITH THE CONTINUED DISTANCE LEARNING.

QUARANTINING, MASKS AND SANITIZER HELPED KEEP ALL OF OUR CHILDREN AND OUR DIRECTOR SAFE AND HEALTHY, WITH NO COVID-RELATED ILLNESSES. THOSE ON MEDICATION WERE ABLE TO CONTINUE UNINTERRUPTED AND REMAINING HAPPY AND THRIVING.
