Mission and Program Overview

Mission

Texoma Regional Foundation (The Foundation) was founded in 2013 exclusively for charitable, religious, educational, and scientific purposes under Section 501c3 of the Internal Revenue Code, or corresponding section of any future tax code, working to improve the quality of life for citizens of the Texoma Regional (Cooke, Fannin, Grayson Counties) through an assortment of activities: - connecting and networking interested agencies, programs, and grassroots organizations to form collaborative partnerships that will work together to expand and enhance projects and activities to improve the quality of life of residents of the Texoma Region. - advocating for programs and improve funding for community services within the Texoma Region. - implementing, growing, and sustaining a variety of programs that will address the community needs of the Texoma Region.
