Mission and Program Overview

Mission

Help educate leadership program, inc. ("help") was established to provide educational enrichment for students of all ages, ethnic backgrounds, or financial status. Help provides both fee-based and non fee-based supplemental education for the general public and low income students and schools. Help will recruit local college students to be involved in the help leadership program and provide opportunities for them to menotor, educate, and tutor students within the general public population. The tutors who provide cross-age tutoring are close in age to their tutees thereby relating to their students in ways other types of tutors cannot; they are able to build relationships of unique openness, strong rapport, and respect. We beleive leading by example is the best way to influence and motivate today's youth to strive for academic excellence and to be positive contributing citizens of societour tutors' enthusiasm for sharing knowledge and giving back to the community demonstrates good citize
