Mission

The wsa's mission is to:1. Promote training and continued education those working in the field of plumbing.2. Advance the field of plumbing by providing information to legislative, administrative, and regulatory bodies3. Promote highest standards and ethics of both employers and employees in all business aspects of plumbing4. Facilitate productive and cooperative relations between employers and labor unions5. Assist in the making of trade agreements respecting employment of labor by its members generally6. Conduct collective bargaining with employers and labor groups7. Promote the settlement of labor disputes and preventing strikes and lockouts
