“Each director is responsible for completing and submitting a conflict of interest policy upon becoming a director. The conflict of interest policies are reviewed annually for any changes. If a conflict arises, that person is excused from participating in conversation and board actions.”

“Our mission is to educate, empower, and engage refugees by offering support services to promote independence and integration in the community. We provide advocacy, resource services, and education to refugees in concord, nh and surrounding areas.”

“We provide direct services to the refugee population to promote cultural orientation and educational services to assist in their transition into new americans. Refugees receive detailed immigration and resettlement curriculums and engage in comprehensive programs to promote independence, create opportunities, and to develop meaningful partnerships within the community. Our case managers and trained volunteers assist refugees with access to social services by identifying resources, making referrals to partner agencies, helping fill out forms, providing intrepretation services, navigating the immigration process, and assisting with basic services such as scheduling appointments and providing transportation. We provide social services such as youth and women groups and services to promote peace and reconciliation amongst different refugee groups through formal conflict resolution and peace education programs. Refugees can also receive educational, language, and employment services to provide them with the skills needed to obtain employment opportunities.”
