The 990 will be made available to all members of the governing body at the organization's office for their reivew prior to filing. In addition, the 990 will be reviewed in detail by the executive director and the board treasurer prior to filing.

Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12C

The organization monitors and enforces compliance with the conflict of interest policy by requiring officers and directors to annually disclose any interest that could give rise to conflicts. In addition, as the organization enters into any new agreements or relationships with vendors the board discusses the action to make sure there are no unknown conflicts. Due to the size of the organization the executive director and the board are both able to provide the checks and balances to prevent any conflicts of interest that would be detrimental to the organization.
