Contributions are directly deposited into a scholarship fund or endowment funds held and administered by the community foundation for greater buffalo, inc. (the foundation). The organization has agreements with the foundation authorizing them to collect pledges, receive contributions and administer the funds in accordance with the foundation's guidelines and policies. The president/ceo and four members of the board of directors of the foundation were also on the board of directors of the organization during the organization's year ended june 30, 2019.”
