“What is the organizations primary exempt purpose The purpose for which the Corporation is organized is to provide a common resource link that will assist entrepreneurs with the development of local businesses in Marquette County, Michigan, and to foster ideas and methods among local entrepreneurs as a means of encouraging economic growth within these communities.”

“Services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information Accelerate UP offers free and confidential business coaching to small businesses and entrepreneurs within Marquette County, Michigan. The mission is to transform passionate people into successful entrepreneurs. Accelerate UP helps individuals organize their thoughts, test their dreams, and build a successful team. Accelerate UP works with community organizations by introducing clients to traditional economic partners when they are ready and in need of those services. A Facilitator, Management Team, and Community Resource Team work with entrepreneurs to create, expand, and maintain their business ventures. Accelerate UP links clients to existing programs and resources available in the area, and also assists entrepreneurs with tasks such as preparing a business plan, searching for space, securing financing, filing applications, and assistance after a business is opened. In 2019, Accelerate UP assisted 108 clients with the above services.”
