There was an immaterial unrelated business income tax expense related to 1899 properties, inc. For the year ended may 31, 2024 and 2023. The organization files u.s. Federal and state of indiana information tax returns. The organization is no longer subject to u.s. Federal and state income tax examinations by tax authorities for years before the year ended may 31, 2021. Management believes that the organization's income tax filing position will be sustained on audit and does not anticipate any adjustments that will result in material change.
