Mission

The specific charitable purpose of the organization is to (i) provide affordable housing for low-income persons and households where no adequate housing exists for such groups, (ii) provide decent, safe, and sanitary housing for low-income persons and households and assisting them to secure the basic human need of decent shelter, and (iii) acting as general partner in a limited partnership to develop and own housing for the benefit of low-income persons.
