To ensure the organization operates in a manner consistent with charitable purposes and does not engage in activities that could jeopardize its tax-exempt status, periodic reviews shall be conducted. The periodic reviews shall, at a minimum, include the following: (a) whether compensation agreements and benefits are reasonable, based on competent survey information, and the result of arm's length bargaining (b) whether partnerships, joint ventures, and arrangements with management organizations conform to the organization's written policies, are properly recorded, reflect reasonable investment or payment for goods and services, further charitable purposes and do not result in inurement, impermissible private benefit or in an excess benefit transaction.

ENLIGHTENED THEATRICS' MUSICAL THEATRE SUMMER CAMP IS A TWO WEEK LONG INTENSIVE FOR LOCAL YOUTH TO HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO WORK WITH INDUSTRY PROFESSIONALS, LEARNING THROUGH THE KINESTHETIC ACT OF ACTUALLY DOING MUSICAL THEATRE. THESE STUDENTS COME OUT OF THE PROGRAM WITH A DEEPER UNDERSTANDING OF NOT ONLY THEATRE, BUT ALSO TEAMWORK, COLLABORATION AND TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS. THEIR FINAL ASSESSMENT FOR UNDERSTANDING IS BROUGHT INTO A CULMINATION OF PERFORMANCES FOR THEIR PARENTS AND LOVED ONES. STUDENT INVESTMENT INTO THE CLASS GOES DIRECTLY BACK TO THEM IN PROVIDING INDUSTRY PROFESSIONALS TO EDUCATE, INVESTING IN PERFORMANCE RIGHTS, AND A T-SHIRT FOR PERFORMANCE AND THEIR OWN PERSONAL MEMORIES.
