The bucyrus backpack program was formed to recognize and promote the overall health, welfare, education, and other social and economic needs of the students of the bucyrus city school district. The organization helps to eradicate hunger among the students of the bucyrus city school district whose parents are struggling economically. The program provides a backpack filled with meals that will feed the student and/or members of the family over the weekend.
