“In 2015, the organization converted from an organization described in Section 501(c)(4) to one described in Section 501(c)(3). On March 6, 2015, the organization filed IRS Form 1023 seeking recognition as a Section 501(c)(3) organization, thus, the organization's articles of incorporation were amended and restated to comply with Section 501(c)(3). Pursuant to a letter dated April 7, 2015, the IRS determined the organization to qualify as a Section 501(c)(3) organization, effective March 6, 2015. Thus, from January 1, 2015 to March 5, 2015, the organization was considered a Section 501(c)(4) organization.”
