Explode in Fundamentals

To offer the fundamentals of sports education and training, physical fitness education and training (including nutrition, physical exercise, and lessons in wellness), as well as participation in individual and team sports to assist children, teens, and troubled youth become better, more responsible, and civilized people. Our goal, through this process, is for children, teens, and troubled youth to learn and to develop the fundamentals of healthy habits and lifestyles, to learn and develop the fundamentals of self-esteem, self-respect, and self-confidence, to learn and develop the fundamentals of maintaining and respecting their bodies, to learn and develop the fundamentals of fair play and self-discipline, and to learn and develop the fundamentals of respect for others.
