No.41 exists to empower women to create change in their own lives, in their community, and in the world. every purchase provides sustainable employment to a young woman as well as 'sews' back into her community in Rwanda.

Their work is more than just a job or a set of skills, it is dignified employment a chance to help themselves and to help others.
