Mission and Program Overview

Mission

To provide essential veterinary services, primarily vaccinations and spays/neuters, at a greatly reduced price to low income pet owners in Bell and Coyell counties. These services will help prevent unnecessary pain, suffering, and death of animals in Central Texas.
