Mission

To further the nonprofit and chartiable purposes of its members, including (1) holding title to and managing real and personal property of the Company for the benefit of one or more of its members, (2) providing a building or buildings for the charitable purposes of one or more of its members, and (3) supporting its members in (a) providing comprehensive general medical care, including, but not necessarily limited to, preventative and episodic care, parent training and problem oriented family and social service support for patients from the Springfield and Clark County community regardless of their ability to pay and (b) promoting, directing, controlling, coordinating, and supporting hospital and health care related services.

RHCHC Realty, LLC's reporting returns are subject to audit by federal and state taxing authorities.
