Additional Explanations

FORM 990, PART XI, LINE 9:

Adjustments to net assets made during audit 17,295.

Financial Statement Notes

PART X, LINE 2:

The organization is a not-for-profit corporation and is exempt from tax under the provisions of internal revenue code section 501(c)(3). Accounting principles generally accepted in the united states of america require management to evaluate tax positions taken by the organization and recognize a tax liability if the organization has taken an uncertain position that more likely than not would not be sustained upon examination by the irs or other applicable taxing authorities. Management has analyzed the tax positions taken by the organization, and has concluded that as of december 31, 2017, there are no uncertain positions taken or expected to be taken that would required recognition of a liability or disclosure in the financial statements. The organization is subject to routine audits by taxing jurisdictions; however, there are currently no audits for any tax periods in progress. Management believes it is no longer subject to income tax examinations for years prior to 2014.

PART XI, LINE 4B - OTHER ADJUSTMENTS:

Fundraising expenses -1,103.

PART XII, LINE 2D - OTHER ADJUSTMENTS:

Fundraising expenses 1,103.

IRS990ScheduleD/SupplementalInformationDetail/ExplanationTxt0THE ORGANIZATION IS A NOT-FOR-PROFIT CORPORATION AND IS EXEMPT FROM TAX UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF INTERNAL REVENUE CODE SECTION 501(C)(3).
