The central florida commission of homelessness (cfch) has been transitioning their programming from research and development to focused efforts on community outreach to over 150 individual organizations, to also building shared commitment to a unified, regional system of care where a common approach and methodology based on housing first principles would be applied. In 2017-2018, cfch continued to implement structures and operational efficiencies to establish this coordinated system of care.
