The draft form 990 is reviewed by the chairman of the board of directors. After this review, any needed changes are made by the tax preparers, and then the federal form 990 is electronically filed with the internal revenue service.

The fpa board of directors completes conflicts of interest forms each december. The completed forms are maintained by the fpa managing director.

Directors who serve on the board of directors for fpa are not compensated for their services on the board of directors. Compensation for the sole employee, who serves as managing director of fpa, was determined by the chairman of the board of directors after reviewing comparable data and evaluating experience.
