The southeast asian coalition (seac) is dedicated to educating the southeast asian population, celebrating asian culture, and advocating for underserved segments of the asian population in mecklenburg county and surrounding areas in north carolina. Committed to uplifting the southeast asian community through community education, youth leadership, and developing the combination of knowledge, skills, values and motivation to make a difference in the community.
