“Part III, Line 28 - Wilbury Theatre Group produces 5 mainstage shows each season, which runs from September through June of the following calendar year. Each show has 12 performances with a house capacity of approximately 45 seats. As a result, we are capable of reaching upwards of 2,700 people per season year. The Wilbury Theatre Group produces the work of today's greatest and edgiest writers, augmented by the occasional production of modern classics. The Wilbury Theatre Group's work is marked by their emphasis on excellence in acting and design, a less-is-more aesthetic, and a commitment to creating an immersive audience experience with every production.”

“Part III, Line 29 - The Wilbury Theatre Group hosts regular sessions of performing arts-based classes and training sessions at our facility in the Southside Cultural Center. Approximately 10 programs are conducted each performance season by independent professionals from the surrounding area as well as across the country. Class and session size varies from 4 to 15, and range in experience and purpose.”

“Part III, Line 30 - Fringe Festival celebrates small, independent theatrical artists with a four day event that features multicultural performances at a variety of venues throughout the greater Providence area. In coorperation with URI and with past funding from the Providence Tourism Council, The Wilbury Theatre Group is the primary producer of this event. The goal of Fringe Festival is to showcase new and emerging artists from throughout Rhode Island and the surrounding region through a program that offers non-juried selections of both adult and family-oriented material at multiple venues throughout Providence County. Ticket prices vary with each production and venue. The event reaches over 5,000 each year.”

Throughout the rehearsal, workshops, and run of the show, the playwright and director work together to make constant changes in response to audience reactions and feedback.”
