The major changes made are as follows: change to the principal office and mailing address, change the maximum number of directors from 21 to 10 and the least amount from 3 to 2, eliminated all standing committees, changes to the officers' titles (i.e., elimination of an executive director) and some of their respective duties and changes for the total number to have a quorum.”
