Social Justice Collaborative provides legal services to low-income people in the United States. | SJC's Immigrant Criminal Defense Initiative provides primary criminal defense to noncitizens, particularly those that are risk at being placed in removal proceedings due to the criminal process. SJC also provides criminal law services such as post conviction assistance including expungement, vacating wrongful criminal convictions, and sentence modifications. A lot of the services provided to clients include legal advice given to clients who have criminal convictions in jail as well as actual crafting of immigration friendly pleas.
