Dhmsc realty, inc. (the corporation) is organized and shall be operated for the exlusive purpose of holding title to property, collecting income therefrom, and turning over the entire amount thereof, less expenses, to dothouse health, inc. (dhh), all within the meaning of section 501(c)(2) of the internal revenue code of 1986, as amended (the code), or any successor provision, so long as dhh is exempt from federal income tax under section 501(a) of the code. The purposes of the corporation shall include the following: to hold title to and manage real and personal property of the corporation for the benefit of dhh. To provide a building or buildings for the charitable purpose of the dhh. To distribute to dhh all net income in excess of amounts necessary to pay annual expenses of operation, maintenance, repairs, taxes, insurance and other current expenses, and to pay indebtedness on property to which the corporation holds title.
