Mission

Own and operate regal oaks apartments, a 24 unit apartment complex, under section 202 of the national housing act. The project is located in hendersonville, north carolina and is regulated by the u.s. Department of housing and urban development as to rental rates and operating methods. Additionally, units in the project are covered under a project rental assistance contract with hud and a significant portion of the project's rental income is received from hud.

Through december 31, 2016, the board of directors delegated the management of the rental apartments to north carolina housing services and management corporation. On january 1, 2017, the board of directors delegated the management of the rental apartments to partnership property management. The apartment complex for low-income and elderly individuals is regulated by u.s. Department of housing & urban development as to rent charges and operating methods. These management companies were both chosen due to their experience in management under these guidelines.
