The Northwestern Juvenile Fire Intervention Response, Education and Safety Partnership, Inc., also known as NoFIRES, Inc., is organized exclusively for civic, charitable, education and scientific purposes, including: A. To protect our youth, their families and communities from dangerous and sometimes fatal juvenile fire-related behavior: B. To provide fire-related and life safety assessment, prevention education and intervention services for children and families; C. To provide training, teaching assistance, programs and materials relating to fire-related and life safety issues; D. To conduct research and disseminate information relating to fire-related and life safety issues, working closely with but not limited to local schools, Juvenile courts, fire departments, other non-profit organizations and private federal, state and municipal agencies, juveniles and their families.
