“1.ramboland (and the glassmeyer farm at ramboland)- demonstration project and living laboratory for operation and education around urban universal design, deep green design, and socially just and resilient communities. Includes a 400,000 home with a teaching kitchen, a 600,000 farm throughout the site and nearby neighborhood, in numerous local and international thought leader partners. Project site is located at 718 e mifflin street, lancaster, pa 17602. Having received over 300,000 in in-kind donations of world-leading consulting services, the project is poised for the launch of its final funding and promotional stage. Final site testing and stormwater system engineering is scheduled for spring of 2024, and historic review for a certificate of appropriateness is scheduled for july 15th, having already passed an informal review. Close partnerships with some of the largest local foundations as well as national scale grants are likely to secure the capital needed to cover hard costs of this project that will then be set up to be financially self-sufficient and yield educational, mobility, energy security, water management and food access value to its community. Per instructions, 1,378 in donated services is not included on the form 990ez.”

“2.regenerative cohorts guide - a self-guided tour / choose your own adventure through a guide for groups of people that wish to grow their capacity to think and work in keeping with the regenerative paradigm, as well as in a collectively, democratically self-guided manner. A draft of the guide is currently being circulated to the sustainability nexus board of directors and close colleagues for feedback. Moving forward it will point users to specific regenerative education programs and products provided by sustainability nexus and other organizations we have vetted to be legitimate and in keeping with the regenerative paradigm. Having developed this guide for groups around the world to use to ensure both democratic and regenerative paradigm integrity, its prototype is being piloted by companies, learning cohorts, and project teams in california, massachusetts, pennsylvania and even across the uk and europe. It is providing a useful tool to upstart and established groups / cohorts alike, and we are currently planning ways to both maximize accessibility to the tool and revenue generated from it.”

“Philadelphia regenerative community development corp program - in partnership with a north philadelphia cdc, a west philadelphia community arts & education group, community gardens, and public schools, as well as former students and green building industry colleagues of the executive director, a set of economic, land use and shared ownership concepts integrate to enable the sustainable, ongoing creation of economic resilience and staying power of existing residents in historically underserved communities, while cultivating renewable, clean, resilient energy, food and water infrastructure along with green renovations and new construction patterns. Currently seeking grant funding. Executive director, staff and board members are involved in and, in some cases, leading efforts to convene developers, designers, financiers, organizers, engineers and others to bring real capability to community development and neighborhood regeneration projects that would not naturally gain economic support in our economy, to incubate and launch important projects that prove the value of such efforts, for both their communities and potential investors, so that many more such projects happen.”
