Mission and Program Overview

Mission

The Corporation is organized exclusively to benefit and support Community Housing Development Corporation of North Richmond ("CHDC"), in carrying out its purposes, in accordance with the provisions of IRS 509(a)(3) by assisting low and moderate income households in purchasing homes through serving as their real estate agent; providing information to eligible households on the various public and private programs available to assist low and moderate income households in purchasing homes, and working with government agencies and private lenders to leverage funds from various sources to enable low and moderate income households to purchase homes.
