Pursuant to the agreement entered into, such services include the following: (a) develop and implement strategies to make mof a financially self- sustaining organization (b) initiate programs and activities that promote rail transit and secure support for rail transit (c) develop programs and events to attract new mof members and retain existing mof members (d) monitor and identiy issues that may require mof action (e) develop and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with other pro- rail organizations and agencies (f) promote mof to members, prospective members, and the public during the current year, kaimana hila was paid 62,827 for services provided by jennifer sabas.”
