Rock in prevention, inc. Trains local iowa high school mentors who then teach younger elementary and middle school students to refuse alcohol, tobacco and drugs and to live to their fullest potential. Through music, these role model high school students show the younger students how to avoid illegal drug and alcohol use.”

These scholarships and grants assist needy iowa students with the payment of their tuition and fees. As the iba foundation's funds allow, it intends to increase the scholarship and grant awards. All broadcast scholarship and grants are in the nature of gifts to the recipient students, and are not loans.
