The Organization does not believe that it has any uncertain tax positions with respect to these or other matters, and has not recorded any unrecognized tax benefits or liability for penalties or interest. The Organization is not aware of any circumstances or events that make it reasonably possible that tax benefits may increase or decrease within 12 months of the date of these financial statements.

The Organization does not believe that it has any uncertain tax positions with respect to these or other matters, and has not recorded any unrecognized tax benefits or liability for penalties or interest.
