“Following a re-branding, the organization now shares stress management, perseverance, empathy, and emotional intelligence with the classroom, community, and workplace. In the classroom, bullying and stress has gone down while focus has increased. In the community and workplace, attendees are reporting a reduction in stress and an increase in mindfulness and resilience. This year, we worked with over 1,500 students each week in the classroom for the full school year to continue reducing behavior and discipline referrals, stress and bullying, while increasing empathy and time on task.”
