| 2.Stellar Impact Foundation will build local, inclusive, and accessible Stewardship Development Centers in cities and villages around the world, working in collaboration with existing community centers, workforce centers, business development centers, business incubators, libraries, schools, wellness centers, farms, centers of worship, and the like. The local Stewardship Development Centers, through local staff and volunteers, will provide a gathering place for education and incubation of social enterprise and charitable programs through teaching, training, coaching, and mentoring; including seminars, classes, workshops, and weekend retreats that are accessible to non-profit and business leaders, to families and groups, to the poor, distressed and underprivileged, to the unemployed and under-employed, and to youth/students including at-risk youth. The Stewardship Development Centers will also provide teaching, training, coaching, and mentoring to develop the communitys leadership and business skills (social enterprise, fair trade, etc.) from self-leadership to group leadership to organizational leadership to community stewardship to inspirational leadership; and then provide ongoing weekly coaching, Train-the-Trainer programs, career pathways for training and development professionals, open and inclusive certification standards, and a basis of ethics for the educational sector and the training and development industry. The Stewardship Development Centers will be funded through corporate sponsorship, philanthropists, public donations, and approximately one-third of Stellar Impact Foundations membership fees. The Stellar Impact Foundation will spend one-third of its time managing the Stewardship Development Centers and developing programs to benefit the greater good and reduce the burdens of government. | - | - |
