FORM 990, PART XII, LINE 1, OTHER ACCOUNTING METHOD:

The financial statements of the organization have been prepared using a modified cash basis of accounting. Accordingly, revenue is recorded when received rather than when earned and expenses are recorded when paid rather than when the obligation is incurred. Modifications to the cash basis of accounting include recording depreciation on property and equipment and recognizing liabilities resulting from notes payable or other debt.
