The mission of West Valley Red Hawks is to develop a true and lasting love and passion for the game of lacrosse. The Red Hawks are dedicated to developing lacrosse skills, good sportsmanship, teamwork, accountability, and respect in a healthy and fun environment. The Red Hawks is a competitive program that develops players in all aspects of the game.We strive to provide the highest level of coaching instruction at each age level to ensure individual growth in the sport. Respect for the game of lacrosse, teammates, opponents, officials and coaches is the cornerstone of our teaching philosophy. Red Hawks assumes a leadership role within Northern California Junior Lacrosse Association (NCJLA) community for the growth of the sport.
