Carebridge has contracted medical advantage group (mag) to perform all management services including, but not limited to, business operations, client services and contracts, finances, staffing levels, and human resources. Michael sparkia is the executive director of carebridge, however, he is not paid directly by carebridge. He is paid by mag for his services (compensation is disclosed in part vii) provided to multiple entities in his capacity as a mag representative providing management services. The 40 hours listed on part vii represent the total hours devoted to mag as an employee. Carebridge pays mag management fees for the management services received.
