“On 18 june 2019 all officers and board members of saving species met with legal counsel and determined to dissolve the organization. Effective with the dissolution all board of directors and officers of the company, with the exception of roger harris, resigned from their positions with the organization. Roger will serve as president of the company and is tasked with paying all debts of the orgabnization and with dispersing all excess funds to two nonprofit entities whose names are the third-millenium alliance and the hummingbird conservancy which have a similar purpose as the organization.”
