“Beginning in 2017, the taxpayer assumed the responsibility to administer and advance the objectives of "big" (bright ideas on the gulf coast), a program initiated by the gulf coast community foundation to expose college students to businesses and entrepreneurs in this area in order to keep more of our young homegrown and trained talent in this area after they graduate. The gulf coast community foundation provided a $60,000 grant to fund expenses to be incurred in administering the program.”
