As a result of the various activities of officers, board members and other volunteers to raise awareness, generally about human trafficking issues and also promote freeset's philosophy, mission and business, freeset usa conducted (i) sale and distibution of custom print t-shirts and bags, (ii) sale of stock products, (iii) sales at homes, community events, fairs and trade shows. As of october 1, 2020, freeset usa ceased its commercial operations and transitioned to only focusing on fundraising and advocating on behalf of its partners, social enterprises based in high risk sex trafficking neighborhoods.”

Prior period adjustment of 6,460 is the difference between 12/31/19 form 990 ending net assets of 277,783 and the 1/1/20 accounting system beginning net assets of 271,323.”
