“An individual that is hired will go through a preliminar screening by the board. Review of resume and verification of past employement will provided the organization to select a potential candidate. An interview date will be given to the prospective employee and then interviewed. The board will review based on experience, work ethics and elaborate on past accomplishments. We have a probation period, for all new hires, under which we will obtain a credit report, review past jobs, educational background, and references. Our board, looks for prospective employees who care be able to nurture growing minds to become an active part of society.”
