Decatur pilot nfp was incorporated to be a tax exempt, not for profit instrumentality for decatur housing authority, organized to operate for charitable purposes and engage in activities related to the development of public, low-income and affordable housing, including but not limited to the development of commercial and business initiatives created as an adjunct to and in connection with public, low-income and affordable housing.
