Upon completion of the 990 by the accountant, a copy is given to the executive directorfor review and approval. The executive director upon receipt of the tax form, thenschedules a meeting with members of the organizations board of directors to reviewthe form. Questions if any are then presented to the accountant for clarification. Uponsatisfactory clarification of all querstions, the 990 is approved by the baord and theaccountant is instructed to finalize the return.
