Mission

Through purchase, lease, facade easements and other means, work to combat community deterioration and catalyze community redevelopment by rehabilitating, preserving, restoring and beautifying all or any part of deterioriated or threatened architecturally or historically significant buildings, structures, homes, objects or spaces in chillicothe and ross county, ohio, and to engage in any activity that will foster financial reinvestment in and preservation of our heritage resources and the development of heritage tourism.

Combat community deterioration and contribute to economic development
