To protect adults and children from vaccine-preventable disease in an efficient, safe, and progressive manner; maintain a statewide immunization registry; develop and sustain an effective community organization to create a positive perception of vaccines; provide immunization awareness, education and improved access to immunizations; provide information, educaion, and support to immunization providers; and to advocate policy changes that will maximize immunization coverage in Idaho.

Additional Explanations

Form 990, Part XII, Line 3B

Organization grew rapidly and was previously unaware that it had crossed over the required expenditures. However, the organization is now aware and is now in the process of locating an auditor to perform the required audit and intends to complete this requirement within the coming months.

Amended Explanation

Additional information was obtained regarding restrictions on certain grant revenue. This additional information led to the determination that the deferred revenue as previously reported was incorrect. In addition there were additional accrual based adjustments made to grants receivable and accounts payable that have been reflected on the amended return.
