“Compensation of executive director the organization contracts with merchants exchange (an oregon not-for- profit corporation) for management services which include administrative and day to day management of the organization. Under contract, merchants exchange is to provide a staff person to serve as executive director. The executive director provides day to day management of the operations of working waterfront coalition, including budget responsibility. The executive director is approved by the board of directors annually and is not an employee of working waterfront coalition.”
