“Program service accomplishments: running training events,conferences, forums and retreats to teach others how to build the community and reach people for christ. This is organized under 5 main programs. 1. Ready, set, go (rsg): includes a) sports training - organize and facilitate a one-month-long training event for 20-30 people from 10-15 countries of eurasia. This school teaches sports ministry and leadership development. School graduates facilitate sports ministries and leadership development on their city, region or country level; and b)community and children outreach, to reach people for christ, including three main parts: 1.conducting conferences and training on how to run specific community events like kidgames, family festivals, etc., and organizing and running those projects; 2. Training and equipping with resources to start weekly clubs based on different sports or activities, like soccer, weight lifting, learning english, doing crafts, dancing etc. 3. Sport & life - the goal of which is to develop discipleship ministry through weekly sports clubs, teaching christian coaches to teach the bible, and life skills through sports drills; 2. Karabin camp - a chirstian camp strategy to influence areas of recreation in ukraine, disciple young people, share the gospel with non- christians. That includes building a campsite in ukraine, developing infrastructure, purchasing sports equipment, conducting training events, and hosting groups from other countries; 3. Movement - is a gathering of the movement strategic team, which consists of 15 people from at least 6 countries who get together in different places two times a year to plan and strategize future developments in ther region; that involves travel, training, resource writing and production, etc. Movement also conducts training for fathers - helping them become better fathers, husbands, and leaders, and equipping them to train other fathers in similar ways; 4. Disciple-making movements (dmm)- training followers of christ to make disciples the way jesus did. Includes projects to serve and reach non- christian families, as well as training church leaders and lay leaders; 5. Regenerate ukraine - connecting churches in the u.s. With churches and ministries in the russian-speaking world; building partnerships between those churches and ministries; and training/equipping american students for mission work in ukraine and eventually other countries in that region.”
