“When working on our 2025 return, I found that I completed Part III correctly with expenses as $3,558, but I failed to include 2 line items on the Schedule O, Statement 2 which shows expenses as $2,739, which I recorded in Part I line 16. As indicated in Part III the amount of expenses should have been reported as $3,558. Part II (B) End of Year amount shows as $8,975 and should be $8,156. I have updated Schedule ), Statement 2 to show the correct amount of expenses as well as updating Part I Line 16, 17, 18,& 21 and Part II (B) End of year amounts to be $8,156”
