Turner Boxing Academy Association

Turner Boxing Academy exists to teach the sport of amateur boxing to young people in the Kansas City area. TBA offers its program for free to its participants. Youth that participate in the program on a yearly basis number between 75-125. Boxers are taught the sport in a safe professional manner under the guidance of registered volunteer coaches. All equipment is provided free of charge. Boxers experience physical benefits that go along with participating in a sport that requires a high level of physical conditioning coordination and athleticism. Boxers also enjoy the benefit of belonging to and experiencing a team and family-like atmosphere through regular practices boxing competitions as well as team activities outside the gym such a float trips fishing team BBQs and organized activities when we travel to other parts of the country for competitions.
